To ensure the safety and interests of both parties (Customer and Hyronic Studios), all customers must agree to our Terms of Service.
By purchasing our products, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions listed here. If you violate them, we reserve the right to revoke your access to our marketplace products and remove your roles on our Discord server.

General Terms
All payments are final and non-refundable. Disputes / chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
[NOTE] In the event that for any reason you accidentally purchase the wrong product from us and have not downloaded any copies (we can check), you can request a refund at the rate after deducting all taxes.
You are strictly prohibited from redistributing or reselling our any part of our products.
Once purchased our product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased products for personal or commercial use.
Your license is associated with your marketplaces account. We are unable to provide support or transfer license if you lose access to your account.
The support is only available for features directly related to the product. We are not responsible for helping you add or develop new features Read more

When leaving a review, please ensure that your review is objective, honest and meets all our guidelines. #Read more
You may not make this product accessible to anyone who does not require access in order to work on the projects which this product is required for, and you will be held responsible if the product is shared outside of your project.
You have the right to use the product after purchasing a license for commercial and personal purposes, with the following exceptions related to branding and visual identity components:
The use of the "Hyronic" name in any textual element on your server, product.
The exclusive product logo on marketplaces. If the product is a setup, its logo will be identical to the setup server logo.
All assets used for advertising purposes on marketplaces.
Review Guidelines
A review is where you express your valuable feedback on the resources, and it is required that this feedback be honest, factual, and not a place to report bugs. In all cases, you must follow BuiltByBit's Review Guidelines.
In short When posting a review on a resource, make sure it follows all of our expectations:
Reviews must be relevant to the community and have informative content.
All claims made within a review must be truthful.
Reviews are not to be used as a means of asking support related questions.
Only one review can be left per user for each resource.
Reviews must be representative of the latest version of the resource.
Users cannot request a specific star rating to be given on a resource.
Reviews cannot be given in exchange for a review back.
Reviews must still follow all global site rules.
Reviews cannot be given on resources you've contributed to.
